I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations of non-personalized items.

Contact me within 7 days of delivery. Ship items back within 14 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase

Because of the nature of my items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders, Digital downloads

Returns and exchange details

I want to make sure that my customers are happy with their purchases. Refunds or exchanges will only be made within 7 business days of the receipt of the item. Once the item is shipped back, the refund or exchange will be credited. Buyer will assume all of the shipping costs of the item being returned, any shipping costs paid for the items will not be reimbursed.

Any orders that are made custom are nonrefundable
